2025/26 - #6 Cascadas del río Turbio - Parque Cerdúo (The Pig) Cont'd...

Continuing on my ride on The Pig….

The local supermarket here in Pucon, on O’Higgins boulevard, just a couple of blocks away from my Airbnb, named Eltit, has these frozen lasagna things. They are made in Brazil.

Quite tasty, although the cheeses in them are somewhat more creamy than what you might expect in Canada.

Also, the baking tray is not aluminum – it is some kind of weird plastic that actually takes 210°C for 45 minutes.  First time I tried it, I was skeptical, checking to see if the tray would stay in one piece or start burning.

No such problem: just some browning around the edges, but otherwise OK.  Yum.

The return trip is mostly downhill, so easier to take a photo going down than coming up.
