#5 - Puntagorda, Canary Island

Return from British Columbia – November 29th.   Departure for Canary Islands from Montreal December 8th.   COVID test was done the day before – December 7th.

The Air Canada plane was a big B777-300, barely 30% filled.  The Condor flight, a relatively small AB320, was nearly filled to capacity – pretty much all German passengers.  Everyone wore masks.

AC flight attendants were much more PPE equipped during the flight than their Condor colleagues, who just wore the masks, some not even gloves.

At SCP airport, everyone had to show their PCR test certificate, as well as a QR code from an online health form from Spain.  This went pretty quickly.  They had thermal imagers set up, but it did not look like they were using them.

The same 2bdrm apartment (€40/night) on the upper floor of the building in Puntagorda that I rented in March, 2019.   My apartment is the ochre coloured one, and you will be able to recognize by the painted outside column.
