The tour was very historical, and we
spent about two hours here – there is a shuttle to take you up and down, if you
need – quite hilly. This cell is an
upper crust cell…
On our way back to the Hotel, we stopped at Sears Fine Foods in Union Sqaure. I had hamburger w/fries, apple tart w/ice cream and Anchor Steam beer ($35) – very good dinner in a restaurant with lots of atmosphere.

After taking the ferry back, we walked
to Alioto’s Fish Company – upscale – were seated upstairs and had salad, fish
stew, chocolate cake and iced tea ($40) – very good.
Cab back to the Hotel ($14) and at 2 pm, we walked
about 4 blocks to Graylines in Union Square to take the tour of Muir Woods
(giant redwoods) and see the town of Sausalito – returned at 7 pm – nice tour. The bus pulls over at a viewpoint, and you can
