South America cruise/Iguassu Falls -#22 - February 23 to April 2nd /2018...

Thursday, March 29^th, the Ship transited the Panama Canal.

 

We sat outside on Deck 3 - we picked our chairs, bought pillows out from our cabins, and watched the transit all day. 

Holland America’s sister ship, the Westerdam, approached from the other way, and the Captains blew their horns. 

Friday, March 30^th, was a sea day, and the stores were closed today.  We were invited to a Mariners Lunch, and were given ship tiles.

  This was a gala night, so we went for dinner at Canaletto.   Centennial Bridge....
